SALE ITEMS:
When we offer major mark downs on our products, please all up to an additional 5 days for your SALE order to be processed and shipped  

USPS and FEDEX:
FabuLegs will not be responsible for a package once it is dropped/picked up by the Unites States Post Office and/or FedEx. If your package is lost or you have not received delivery, please call the Post Office (800) 275-8777 on how to file a claim. All USPS Priority packages are insured. If your package does NOT deliver but has a tracking number, FabuLegs, LLC. will not be held responsible for non-delivered packages. You are using USPS at your own risk. If you would like another option at a greater expense, please contact fabulegs@gmail.com and we can find another option for you.

Please know that packages are not always scanned upon delivery, meaning your package may not scan or it will scan at the next P.O. hub. I am sorry to say that I am not responsible and can not be held responsible for the Post Office and how they handle packages. Again, if your package does not deliver, FabuLegs, LLC. is not being held responsible for undelivered packages and will not offer a refund. If your package is returned to sender postage will not be refunded. If you refuse a package for any reason, postage will not be refunded.

Please keep in mind that we look at each order individually before we make any decisions not to refund. So please, if you have a question email us and ask.


Offer Codes: 

Only one offer code may be used per purchase. 

Advanced Ordering Items:

  • Advanced Orders have different shipping times. Please be sure to note the estimated preorder shipping date before you purchase
  • Please allow for at least 6-8 weeks for delivery for all pre-orders.
  • You will receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours of payment. Keep this email for your records - This email DOES NOT mean your order has shipped, it simply means your order has been processed to ship and will ship on estimated ship date announced in the information section
  • If you order an in stock items with your pre-order item, they will be shipped when all items are in stock
  • You can not cancel your order once it has been processed for shipment.

    In Stock Items:

    • In stock items ship within 3-5 business days (Mon.-Fri.) - Please watch for your tracking number in the form of the email address you used when you ordered. 
    • Once an order has been placed you can not change your order or the mailing address.
    • You can not cancel your order once it has been processed for shipment.
    • There may be times that we notice errors or quality issues in the manufacturing process and will not ship out that pattern. If this happens, your order will be held at our facility until the new batch comes in. This can take up to a few days or weeks. Once the new pattern comes in your whole order will ship together.

    RETURN POLICY

    All returns must be received within 10 business days of the date your item was delivered. Please email if you need additional time as we know life happens.

    Returns will be credited in the form of a FabuLegs e-credit at the current pricing of that product. FabuLegs e-credit is good for 1 year. If you need to repurchase the exact item that was purchased during a promotion, please send an email to fabulegs@gmail.com for a promo code to repurchase the exact item.

    SALE ITEMS

    Sale Items discounted more than 40% off original price are considered final sale and not eligible for return.

    Please review your order within 10 days of receiving it. If you think you received a defective item, please contact fabulegs@gmail.com with the information stated below.

    NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

    Masks, Face Shields, Underwear and Slip Shorts can not be returned for any reason other than defects. If you have a defective pair please email fabulegs@gmail.com

    DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

    Defective items must remain in the original package, with original tags to receive an exchange. We can not accept returns that have been washed and worn. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment if an exchange is not available in the original pattern purchased.

    If you received a defective item, incorrect or wrong item, kindly email fabulegs@gmail.com.

    In your email please include a picture of your packing slip and a picture of all the items in your order.

    As soon as this is all confirmed, a postage paid label will be sent to the email on file for return. You will then need to print the label and ship the package back to FabuLegs.

    Once the item is received at our Barn, a replacement item will be sent out immediately if available or a refund will be issued back to the original form of payment.

    RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES:

    If your package is returned to our facility for any reason that the Post Office states we will send you an email to offer you a new shipment with additional postage payment. If you decline this option we will offer you a refund minus a 10% restocking/refund fee.

    HOW TO SEND BACK TO FABULEGS:

    When sending your items back to FabuLegs, send your item back to the address below in the most economical shipping method of your choice. Include your packing slip with a small note stating the reason for return. This information must be included or your package can not be processed.
