HOW DO I RETURN MY FABULEGS?
All returns must be received within 10 business days of the date your item was delivered. Please email if you need additional time as we know life happens.
Returns will be credited in the form of a FabuLegs e-credit at the current pricing of that product. FabuLegs e-credit is good for 1 year. If you need to repurchase the exact item that was purchased during a promotion, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for a promo code to repurchase the exact item.
Sale Items discounted more than 40% off original price are considered final sale and not eligible for return.
Please review your order within 10 days of receiving it. If you think you received a defective item, please contact email@example.com with the information stated below.
Masks, Face Shields, Underwear and Slip Shorts can not be returned for any reason. If you have a defective pair please email firstname.lastname@example.org
DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS
Defective items must remain in the original package, with original tags to receive an exchange. We can not accept returns that have been washed and worn. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment if an exchange is not available in the original pattern purchased.
If you received a defective item, incorrect or wrong item, kindly email email@example.com.
In your email please include a picture of your packing slip and a picture of all the items in your order.
As soon as this is all confirmed, a postage paid label will be sent to the email on file for return. You will then need to print the label and ship the package back to FabuLegs.
Once the item is received at our Barn, a replacement item will be sent out immediately if available or a refund will be issued back to the original form of payment.
RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES:
If your package is returned to our facility for any reason that the Post Office states we will send you an email to offer you a new shipment with additional postage payment. If you decline this option we will offer you a refund minus a 10% restocking/refund fee.

HOW TO SEND BACK TO FABULEGS:
When sending your items back to FabuLegs, send your item back to the address below in the most economical shipping method of your choice. Include your packing slip with a small note stating the reason for return. This information must be included or your package can not be processed.

Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order and will not be covered or reimbursed by FabuLegs.
Items are shipped within 72 hours of payment.
Orders placed on a Monday/holiday weekend will have a 2-3 day delay. Please see the Track Your FabuLegs link to locate your order or sign into your account.
If you are ordering from a sale event, please allow 3-5 additional days for shipment.
HOW DO I WASH FABULEGS MATERIAL?
Leggings must be hand washed or on the gentle cycle in COLD water with like colors (no towels or jeans), inside out. Be sure to hang to dry.
Hooded Blankets can be machine washed and hang to dry.
WHAT IS ADVANCED ORDERING?
Advanced Ordering will guarantee you a pattern without having to worry about ordering on Pattern Release Day. Advanced Ordering is opened for 3-7 days and are announced via email and our a Facebook Group and Page.
~ No promotions will be honored during this time except for professional discounts and lifetime shipping.
~ Shipping times are 6-8 weeks
~Please be sure to read the release date before you order as dates and time can vary between patterns.
~Please allow for at least 4-8 weeks for delivery.
~You will receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours of payment. Keep this email for your records. This email DOES NOT mean your order has shipped, it simply means your order has been processed to ship and will ship on said date.
HOW DO I OPT OUT OF EMAILS?
If you no longer wish to receive emails from FabuLegs you may select unsubscribe, located at the bottom of any of a FabuLegs email.
DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?
We do not offer price adjustments on items purchased before a promotion or sale.
